I don't want to weigh myself today to avoid being discouraged. We've finally had 2 consecutive days of sunshine, which hasn't happened in weeks. So I made myself walk my dog over a mile today and it felt good. I don't like doing this in the rain, but I guess it's possible. I don't know how the people in Seattle can stand it.
I'll walk again tomorrow and strive to go a little farther. We're going on a trip in February that will require a LOT of walking so I better work on my stamina.
On the food front, I've been bad. Hibernated on the sofa with popcorn and ice cream yesterday.
