ive been walking everyday for the last few weeks and i still havent lost that much weight please somebody give me some tips on how to lose weight i would be grateful for the advice on the tips

Muscle burns more fat so you might want to try some muscle building workouts. Sometimes people hit a plateau and you just need to switch things up a little bit. Just remember, it's not a race :) It's about getting healthy. Even a slow weight loss is still a weight loss, though I understand how frustrating it can be.

I looked at your diet and exercise and I don't see anything recorded for exercise. How much are you walking? Are you doing any other exercise? Sometimes you need to mix up the exercise to get results. Also your food looks exactly the same every day, with candy, so maybe drop the candy and mix up your food choices a little?

One other thing I noticed...your protein bar has a lot of carbs. Maybe you should try something for breakfast with less carbs and not packaged food.
