Ugh! I've been stuck at the same weight for a month. I know, I've been cheating though...so to stay at the same weight is good. Thank goodness for exercise. When I increased my carbs, last time, I started to lose weight again. Wondering if I should do it again. I have a lingering question on my mind. I am wondering if adding Hemp Protein to my smoothie in the morning has caused my lack of weight loss. It is 12 carbs per serving but also 12 grams of fiber per serving as well. I only use a third of a serving so technically it is 4 carbs/4g fiber. Either case it is 0 net carbs. But, I still have to wonder. I've noticed in the past that when I move to a new set of numbers...150's to 140's it takes me a while to get out of the upper range of numbers. I wonder if I psyche myself out or something. Whatever, at least I'm staying put, no gain is just as good.

I have noticed the same about me -- I spend weeks in the first 5lbs and then the last 5lb breeze by more quickly. Will be watching to see what others say about the hemp protein. I've not used it but it seems like it should be a wash - zero carbs. I use whey protein for my shakes/smoothies and haven't tried the hemp.
