Haven't been conscious of what I am eating. when I am out, I just order from the menu, without making smart substitutions. I find myself saying (to myself) that I'm hungry and need the fries (or other high calorie food) to become full.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
