Back to calorie counting ha ha and the lots of walking (because if my job) plus the swimming which I'm proud of,because sometimes after 20km walking with this cold who wants to jump in the pool? Me 😊 happy with this drop and I hope my thyroid checks will be ok as well...have a nice weekend all 😁
