Okay...so I haven't really lost weight since last summer, but at least I haven't gained anything. I've done a great job cutting back on energy drinks if I don't say so myself, and yesterday I didn't eat many calories at all, but I'm not sure how great that really is. I have PCOS which makes weight loss a little more difficult (basically, simple calorie counting will not work for me; I can keep my calories around 1200 and it just doesn't matter--I'm almost convinced it's a blood sugar issue). [Incidentally I've also tried raising calories when people told me I didn't eat enough for my metabolism to work, but that didn't work either.) SO. ARGHHGGH!

I recently read a lot of studies about PCOS which says inositol supplementation helps. So I'm going to try that.

I'm not way overweight since I'm large framed / slightly muscular and I have an hourglass figure, but 125 to 135 is a much healthier range.
