Have been really slack over the past few week. Put on twenty pounds with no excuse and it has to change before going further. Have 1st Tops weigh in tomorrow, so that will be my starting wt. I will weigh every Thursday. I haven't determined how to do this except to be mindful of what I eating and getting more active.
