Thanks, I’ve never lost weight over Christmas before. This is definitely a first! I lived within my plan and did not dwell on what I could not have, but truly enjoyed the things I could have. For appetizers I made bacon wrapped Jalapeño poppers. Salmon party log served on pork rinds instead of crackers. I had pizza at my favorite pizza place, Aurelio’s Pizza in Homewood, IL, topping only and a small salad and I was happy! These are just a few examples, but the real big perk is how great I feel, both mentally and physically! You FatSecret friends have made me see the possibilities that are worth reaching for! Tomorrow is a new year and oh, the possibilities!
