I’ve held off on weighing in for far too long. This is my first in 644 days. With that being said, only a 10 lb increase in that amount of time is pretty darn good in my opinion... it could’ve been much worse! I’ve found that if/when I log my food, I do sooo much better, so I’m trying hard to get back in the routine. I do keto/low carb, because that’s the only thing that seems to work for me and prevent my stomach from feeling bloated and awful. I’m setting weekly goals, because that seems more manageable than losing x amount of weight by x amount of days.
