OK....Chest Workout


50 Advanced Burpees (push up) = 3 min 10 sec

Flat Bench Press
- 45 lbs x 10 reps
- 95 lbs x 8 reps
- 135 lbs x 9 reps
- 135 lbs x 9 reps
- 135 lbs x 3 reps, 3 reps
Incline Dumb Bell Bench Press
- 30 lbs x 10 reps
- 35 lbs x 10 reps
- 45 lbs x 8 reps
- 55 lbs x 6 reps
- 55 lbs x 6 reps
Dips + Cable Cross Overs
- Body Wt. x 12 reps, 30 lbs x 10 reps
- Body Wt. x 12 reps, 30 lbs x 10 reps
- Body Wt. x 15 reps, 30 lbs x 10 reps
- Body Wt. x 20 reps
- Body Wt. x 30 reps
Reverse Grip Bench Press + 2 x 5lbs plate squeeze out
- 45 lbs x 10 reps, 6 reps
- 95 lbs x 6 reps, 6 reps
- 95 lbs x 6 reps, 6 reps
- 95 lbs x 6 reps, 6 reps
