This Christmas weekend, I stopped fasting and ate all day. Yes, I had breakfast, lunch, AND dinner for like 3 days. Sometimes, I also had a snack. I feel so bloated and tired!
How did I live like this all of my life? being full all the time? eating all day long, sometimes every 3 hours depending on what diet I was doing? It's so incredibly tiring. I just want to be home all day lazy in my PJs. Boring. Lol.
Yesterday was finally my first day fasting. I did OMAD and I still feel full. That's so crazy to me. I wonder when I'll feel normal again. I really miss that fasting high at hours 17-20. I didn't get it yesterday at all, probably because I filled up my glycogen stores. Now, it's time to use up that energy and get back to that balanced mood that fasting brings.
