Today was the day I exercised for the first time since starting Weight Watchers and I got 9 activity points!! However, I used this as an excuse to snack and I still ended up eating all of my points (including the 9 I earned from excercise). I guess there is still a benefit in exercising, but I think I compromised my loss by my snack attacks. I'm afraid tommorow will be harder because I snacked so much today and will not have the activity points to use.
