Well beefing it up today has added some muscle stiffness. I suppose that's good in a way, I was feeling pretty good after my workouts which I should of known better. That just meant my body was getting to used to the workout I was doing. Stepping it up today increased every thing for me.... I Anita have graduated to a much more intense workout. Stage 3-4 P90 45 minutes of intense strength sculpting plus a 30 minute training on endurance for running. I am very proud that I am sticking with this. Bloops and all, never worrying about my slip ups, just moving past it,always staying diligent...strong! When I first started this I was @ 190 something. Today, a mere few months of consistency, I have arrived at 156-158. Dam straight I'm proud.. And I'm not done. I will now achieve a few more lbs hitting the road then its on to total tone and strength. I WANT TO LIVE! I am 56 years young.. I swear getting to this body that was inside of a body is really an adrenaline rush. I feel so good that all the pain of age (plus fat)& the Depending on ME and only ME to get to where I am today was so very worth it!! I'm still going strong . I needed to face the facts of my being unhealthy with such weight. I needed in a nut shell to convince myself that I AM IN CHARGE. I AM IN CHARGE !!!!!!!!!!
