Well even though I just started my diet this monday, last week I tried to eat reasonably and exercice. I'm so happy to have lost 5lbs. I want to be in good shape by the end of this school year.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 17.5 lb a week

5 lbs is great - congratulations! Atkins is the right diet if you are looking to increase your energy. The big reduction in bad carbs along with the increase in good proteins really does the trick for boosting energy. You've probably already noticed an increase! You'll be running circles around the youth group kids before you know it!! Good luck for another successful week!!
