Day 1: Interesting. I have to get in a groove. I really need to plan my meals since I work from home a few days a week. I don't want to get on the TUNA & SALAD merry-go-round.

I need to read up about desserts. I have a terrible sweet tooth.

Here we go. I don't plan on weighing myself until July 1st.
