Yay! Daughter graduated today! We celebrated with steak. fam had mac n cheese but I made cauliflower and a homemade cheese sauce with whipping cream, american cheese and colby jack. It was yum!

You are getting quite creative lady, gonna have to send me some of those great recipes you are using. I have been crazy with coating my meats with crushed pork rinds and baking. I think my family is getting sick of it. lol

Gosh... my son was desperate today cause he made the mac n cheese for us and is doing the diet with me...and mac n cheese is one of his favs! So, I thought, i can make something similar... and it worked!

I haven't tried the pork rinds...I use flaxseed meal and parmesan usually. Oh...and I "cheated" and had a serving of almonds for lunch since we were at the graduation...
