Fly by journal entry tonight -- been a busy day/week. We're supposed to have a real change in our weather starting tomorrow and plan to make soup for the freezer this weekend. Following Bob Harper's *The Skinny Rules* and going to be hungry tonight -- used to be I'd grab for a low carb snack but since following this simple rule I really am seeing the downward movement again so hungry I'll stay until tomorrow morning. Oh and date night on Saturday - new guy, Don - never dated a Don before :)

Diet Calendar Entries for 03 October 2012:

I've been doing a lot of "fly by" entries too. Guess I'm going to have to check out Bob Harper (I actually know Bob Harper but guess it is a different one - LOL). Hope you enjoy your weather change and enjoy wearing those new fall clothes in those new lower sizes!

Lemon - Bob's new book is The Skinny Rules. I have been applying these rules (as they apply to a Atkin's lifestyle) and am getting new results -- gotta love that. He does not say STAY hungry but - Rule #18: Go to bed slightly hungry. Denied fuel for more than five hours, your body will start burning its own fat and sugar. Make a point not to eat after dinner and you’ll be burning fat while you’re sleeping. I have to say I am finding it true -- no eating after supper for me and no more late meals. Funny how simple things make a difference :)

BUffy -- fly by's seem to be all there is time for these days :) Looking forward to wearing the smaller fall clothes -- still need to find a coat though :)
