So, it's back to the grind. Back to work, back to life. I tell you...traveling was amazing, but my bed is so comfy, and there really isn't any place like home. Had a good weekend. Both entertainment and diet wise. Stayed on track and feel pretty good again about how I look in my work clothes. Although I didn't stick to a diet while I was in Europe I did walk EVERYWHERE. It ended up pretty much balancing out. Now, with the combination of workouts and diet I should see more results. So far so good on that one...:-)
