THis week has been a challenge, Christmas parties and events at church threw out my plan, I am having my breakfast and lunch the more Keto that I can but dinners have been the issue, I keep with Intermittent fasting and cardio in the morning. plans for this weekend, stay at home. LOL.just kidding but I'll increase workout because on Christmas I'm not having Keto approved meals, but just that day.
