Had a rough afternoon, I haven't nor will I go over my calorie allotment, but I could not get past the urge to eat something. I think it is stress related and the fact that I have 2 hours to kill between classes and I get really bored when I have all my homework done. I did take low calorie snacks but even after I had eaten them, I ate popcorn. I will have to watch carefully what I eat for dinner, but sacrifices have to be made somewhere if I am going to stick to my 1200 calories.
