Well at last the motivation has improved and the weight is moving in the right direction. This is no doubt due to fact that I go away in six weeks and would like to look better in my clothes. I plan ahead much more now and search out healthier options for foods that I love and no wine, chocolate or full fat cheese. No I don't feel deprived as I fill up with things like raspberries, strawberries and other fruits which I enjoy. Have a good day everyone.
