I've been very busy with all the hustle and bustle of the Holidays. I have been to Silver Dollar City twice, once for myself and my husband to enjoy the beautiful lights and once for the grand children so they could enjoy the beautiful lights. I am going one more time so my youngest grandson can have a Christmas experience. I think all the extra exercise of walking around Silver Dollar City and shopping have helped keep my weight in check. I have 2 more Christmas food events to go to and then of course I am cooking the Christmas Eve meal and also cooking Christmas day. Yesterday I baked and made fudge. Last week I made banana nut bread. This whole month has been a feeding frenzy. I am going to be more diligent about my weight after the first of the year. Until then I am going to try and coast without gaining.
