Ate steak, lobster tail, and chocolate cake at Ruth’s Cris on Saturday night, then went out and drank a bunch of whiskey, and last night I had 3 slices of pizza and 2 stuffed cheese breadsticks. Granted... that was the only thing I ate yesterday and I drank a bunch of water but still... Scratching my head on this one... 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m sure it will go up tomorrow! 😂
115.6 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Isn't there a country song that goes something like that? Rain makes corn, corn makes whiskey. Whisky makes my woman just a little bit frisky...so, let it rain... Can't think at the moment who sings it, but, it's a great song. Steak, lobster tails and chocolate cake all sounds wonderful too. Man, I'm hungry. My salad didn't still the beast his noon.

Keith, whiskey is great... im still dehydrated though! 😂 Really working hard at correcting that because I have a personal training session this evening before my boxing class. I have a feeling I’m going to die! 😂😭

This will be my first hung over PT! It’s goinf to click! I took an electrolyte tablet earlier. Will definitely take another soon. I think I’ve drank about a gallon of water already too!

Yep! I’m sure I will go up tomorrow. Btw... I had to reschedule PT because there’s a bad accident that’s backing up traffic all over town... BUT, I will make it to my boxing class for sure. So... less chance of me puking all over my trainer’s shoes!!😂💁🏻‍♀️

If that is all you ate you were most likely in a deficit. Even if weight is up tomorrow, it will be water. No biggie.

I always see the damage about 48 hours later. That said, bad days can be balanced out by really good days.

Diablo, I went over my calories on Saturday but then again I was at the gym for about three hours because I took a kickboxing technique class, then my regular boxing class, and then lifted for 45 minutes or so. I ended up burning more than I ate that day I think, but then again I didn’t count the whiskey calories. Then Saturday I was definitely in a caloric deficit because all I ate was the pizza in the evening. Yesterday I fasted until lunch because, well, I was still dehydrated and not feeling tip-top, but today I didn’t see an increase in weight. I did go to boxing last night but I still expected it to go up. Maybe it was all the water I drank yesterday? 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️

I was drinking Jack on the rocks. Back to normal eating except I have been skipping breakfast because I haven’t been hungry in the morning. By breakfast I mean my bulletproof coffee. I lifted some today (legs and butt) so we’ll see when all the junk will catch up. Keeping my water intake up too.
