This is the first year in YEARS that I am closing off lighter than when I started. I haven't lost as much weight as I wanted to but I've had a massive mind shift this year in how I am approaching this thing that has been "weighing" me down for so many years. I don't have to achieve the big goal in one year, but I have been able to hit a few small goals throughout the year. Not reaching the end goal this year doesn't mean I am a failure.. it just means I still have work to do 👌 This is also the first December in God knows how long, that I haven't started binge eating because the world is celebrating. Ending 2019 a much healthier happier version of me 👍
