Baru 40 hari.
Dietnya hitung kalori, kurangi gula, garam, tepung, gorengan. Terdengar sepele sih tp bener ini berhasil.

Iya bun harus semangat. Kalau sudah mulai harus tahan dng godaan. Karna kalau sekali keluar jalur susah mulai lg.
