Weekly weigh in progress#30 BF 37.8% (+0.2lbs). I'm ok with keeping steady this week. Life has been a little overwhelming lately and pretty tired but pushing through as best I can. Also, since I'm so close to my goal, I'm backing down a little being so strict with my diet/exercise. Body feels like it needs a little more leeway right now and mentally I think still wrapping my head around the new "me" lol. Luckily my next session with Kathy is this Thursday.
