Woke at 228.2, down 2.8 from yesterday after a good day of eating and moving water. Finished the Tim Ferriss book last night. Looks like I will have to wean myself off of dairy ("avoid anything white, except for cauliflower.") Still need to re-read certain passages, as it's all in text form and just a few spots are in list form. Going to stick with it this month. The biggest differences for me are eating legumes, eating as soon as I wake up, and adding weekly cheat days back into the mix. Picked up a cold over the weekend, so I am going to work from home today. Started with an omelet and a protein coffee.

Hmmmm! I doesn't sound like a bad diet, really. I am not sure I would want to eat beans all the time, though. What is the purpose of eating beans everyday? Do you eat fats? You can eat sweet potatoes?

Smart man. Well, giving up the dairy will be a toughie -- but it might be the answer to his plan. I always wonder about the Keto and low carb diet ... and all the cheese people eat. Ha!

Drag, sorry you're a bit under the weather. Hope that cold makes a quick exit.
I am giving some food items the boot too, dairy being one of them. I usually start off just fine, but then I sneak them back in and corrupt my plan. Anyway, I sure hope non-dairy works for you. Have a nice day.😊

PS. Draglist if you can get it (or already have it) take Ester C immediately. Just 2 pills a day should knock out the cold in no time.

I agree with Mom concerning the Vitamin C. I use Emergen-C 1,000 mg Super Orange Fizzy Drink Mix daily (Walmart), however, I'm drinking it as a precautionary measure to not get sick.
