feeling a little frustrated....last 3 weeks only lost about a half a pound a week, I know it is better than gaining but I feel that I have done fairly well with my diet and exercising alot, 20 min on the eliptical about 4 x per week and hydrolic circuit about 3 x per week...guess I need to rev it up a bit, trying to add a 10 min abd video every other day...need to look closer at my diet and up the number of points from veggies and fruit and less points from carbs...my new evening treat is 1/2 cup bryers double churn light vanilla ice cream (100 cals/2 points) with a can of diet barq's root beer, it is a yummy filling sweet treat.....going to have one right now.

Just a quick tip that might help - make sure you drink your water! I know that helps me lose faster when I make sure I am good about drinking! (Water, that is!!!! ha!)

Hey I know what you mean about being frustrated about small losses! BUT, every little bit of progress helps. It is hard to look at it that way, but you are doing so good!
