Draglist— I’m sort of on the opposite spectrum from most here. I just use the site to monitor my nutrition to make sure that I’m on track with the nutrients that I need. I actually monitor a lot of micro nutrients that aren’t offered by FS. Because of my WOE — 40-50 carbs, 30-35 fats and the remainder protein, and the fact that I swim 2 hours a day, it makes it hard to keep my wt. up.
