June is a new month - I am as determined as ever to just remain positive and staying on this Atkins WOE. I have been able to double my time on the gazelle without hurting my knees. I am surprised, really. Hope that my next weigh-in will show a little more result!!!

Good for you Barb! I remember actually gaining 2 lbs and then nothing for weeks then overnight I lost 7. I did figure out that the 2 lb gain was from building muscle.

You're sure making progress! Keep up the good work. Sometimes they're slow to show, but you know you're making progress when you're feeling GOOD!
