I have downloaded a new app on my phone, it is called "Walking for Weight Loss". I am so glad to be back walking every night, that cardio was good for a change of pace though. I just turn on the Hallmark channel and watch my Christmas movies as I walk. Hope everyone has a wonderful Thursday, the weekend is just around the corner!!!
