since it was my first time vegan shopping, a few animal byproducts slipped into the shopping cart by accident, but i'm getting better about knowing what foods i can and can't purchase. as far as being healthy, i've been doing exceptionally well. i've also started riding my bicycle. the weight's not coming off as quickly as it started to back at 260, but that's to be expected. i'm getting to the home stretch!
