For a few months I had to cut way back on my weekly exercises due to hip pains and started to get bursitis in right anterior deltoid. Bursitis is gone now so phased back into pushups and pullups twice a week, but still at long bicycle ride only ONCE a week due to hip pain, which is better, but I'm listening to my body.
