Liv001, so you count all carbs? Without any differences between regular carbs and fiber?

No. My setting has netcarbs (on the webversion, which I am familiar with) you can change your setting to show netcarbs and those are the ones I count

That’s just how I like my Brussels sprouts— crisply with a little bit of balsamic vinegar

Fat Secret doesn't change the calories. It will take the fiber from the carbs. I assume you are counting carbs since you are on the Keto diet. The amount of fiber doesn't change the total calorie count except that usually things high in fiber have less calories than fats and protein.

Honestly I’m not on Keto right now, I just try to understand is it suits me or not... I‘ve tried to make a meal plan for tomorrow accordingly to Keto and right now I don’t understand what to eat) 1235 kcal, without bread or cereals (except tortilla with 5g net carbs), without sugar, without fruits (just berries)... and I already have 48g of net carbs(((

You probably want to check some webpages where they have some sample meals.
Or look at people doing Keto and see what they eat on here.
If you eat egg and bacon for breakfast that has very few carbs
Some meat or fish with greens for lunch
Some meat or fish or chicken with sauteed veggies for supper
You would not do milk
Maybe cream
or almond milk
And not too much processed foods. Mostly real food
takes some time getting used to

Koshka— use your friend Google and Do a little research— try Keto 101 or Keto sample diet plan. Tons of info out there on Keto and any other diet you might be interested. Just do a little homework and you will be rewarded.

It’s so difficult not to eat the products, that I used to))) guys, did you reduce your carbs in one day, or make it step by step?

Cold turkey for me. One day I had mashed potatoes and next salad and that was it

It’s easier on you to do it little by little. I would start at aim for 50 grams of carbs for a few days, then take it down to 40, and so on. Keto is a little difficult to get used to at first so it’s better to go into it gradually.

I like to get down to 20 carbs to get into Ketosis asap and get that process going to help change how the body deals with the foods

everyone is different but I like to do total carbs at 20 when I did keto. I am more carb sensitive and don't like veggies so no problem for me. the artificial foods can be a problem for many so try to stay away from packaged foods and cook cleanly for yourself.

I only have dinner in the evening so only one bigger meal to cook. Not sure if im doing it right but I count all carbs. You can eat a lot of salad and keep it under 50 g. but you have to eat all the rest of the stuff without any carbs. Nuts are great but I weigh them out in 1 oz packages so I dont over do it and its easy to just grab one. I make a lot of home made soup and us cauliflower pearls instead of rice or noodles. Just have to think differently about what your going to eat

Oh i forgot Lots and lots of water. I get Hint water the blackberry is great a bit pricey but i have amazon deliver it 10 cases of 12 once a month and it ends up being about 1.10 each. I have found that without spending 10 bucks a day at least the water becomes affordable
