Shazam! That's what I'm looking for. Reading a new book. Tires right in with keto. It seems to tie right in and on the first 10 pages tires right into what I've noticed empirically. That's part dinner out by the way. 2 helpings of cordon bleu a little salad, 1 cup of mashed potatoes (don't even remember the last time I had them), and a small piece of cake for dessert.
