Tired of cutting. Results marginal. Still hanging around 11%. Losing energy in lifts. Heading back to basics. Feasting on legit feast days. No extended holiday grazing. Leangains lifting protocol and maintenance. Here's the plan.
Monday IF 2500 cals (150 over maintenance) Leangains 1 Tuesday IF 2500 cals Wednesday IF 2500 cals Leangains 2 Thursday IF 2500 cals Friday IF 2500 cals Leangains 3 Saturday 24 hr fast 1500 cals Sunday IF 2500 cals
6 days at 2500 cals + 1 day at 1500 = 2350 cals per day - maintenance.

Sounds like an effective and doable plan.

Looks good. I'm in my extended 3 week cut. I'm willing to lose up to 40 pounds on my lifts before I bail out on my plan :) If I *can* stick to my plan I will allow myself to gain 15 pounds over the Christmas Holiday. My problem is that it is not one wee, but two weeks of "Holidays". Your plan is to simply do 'No extended holiday grazing'. This is very 'logical', but, I have not been able to actually do that :( I'm sure you'll be fine.
