Trying to increase my exercise to lose more weight as I so enjoy eating !!!!! I'm riding a tricycle right now due to the severity of my bone on bone knees. My dog runs beside me as I ride. Can't go as fast as I'd like to because he's a small dog but he would not forgive me if I didn't take him. I'm going to look into joining a gym for upper body workouts. I also purchased some aquatic dumb bells to use in the heated pool ! Still have 16 lbs to lose to be eligible for knee surgery but my personal weight loss goal is more like 80 lbs...... then I'll probably need skin removal surgery for my bat arm fat, thighs and drooping stomach. EEK
236.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
