This last week I averaged about 700 Kcal/day and I was able to lose 4 lbs. I suffered a couple of episodes of frothing. This first episode was caused because I ate too fast. The second was because the chicken was too dry. On the other hand I had grilled chicken yesterday and I was able to tolerate it very well.
My exercise routine was not 100% consistent. There were a couple of days that I did not go for my walk.
In regards to fluids I averaged my 64 oz, except for yesterday when I had 96 oz of water.
