well its memorial day and cookouts are everywhere. I was invited to alot of them but I never made it to all those places... Food is everywhere. But I just bar-be-qued at home so i will KNOW what is in the food. It turned out good, me and my familt went swimming at that YMCA and came home and ate our food. I couldnt get down like I used to eat abdd it actually felt great by NOT eating the food.
