the nutrition plan is a joke!
the exercise will shred the body fat but their 1 size fits all nutrition is not great.
the food is ok from what i can tell (certainly is better then eating a pizza and cake) but portions would have to be tailored to the individual which they don't do.

Yeah, eat every 2 hours, no carbs after 1700 and only 50-100 carbs to name a few blunders. And so many will follow that crap because it is the official nutrition plan for a popular workout. ☹️
