Day 9 I am down to 170lbs, suuprisingly. Especially considering the fact that I had the alcohol and meatb this weekend. I had to check the scale twice. I don't think I look any different. The jeans I had on last night were more loose than usual, but not by much. Snce I fell off the wagon I plan on doing 3 more days on phase 1.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
