On a jury this week....for the whole week....Diet pretty much blown.....They gave us terrible snacks like cookies, rice krispie treats, etc.....didn't eat any of those till Friday....almost made it. Anyway....completely out of Keto since Friday (and only slightly in the rest of the week since I went out to lunch daily). working to put myself back in starting today.
At least there was no gain!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
