Weekly weigh in progress wk#27 (Thanksgiving week we had a hiatus from sending in our data). I'm surprised I have been at this weight. I weighed myself Sat after the holiday and had gained over 3 lbs. Not surprised. I had given myself permission to just enjoy and get back on the horse on Mon. I'm stunned that I am where I'm at. Maybe the stress free enjoyment was a good reset for me. Happy I'm not losing any ground ♥️
BF%= 38.3 (-0.2 lbs)
159.8 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
