Hello again Fat Secret. lol Took a bit of a break from here because nursing pharmacology class is kicking my butt. I am consumed with homework and study time that I dont have any time for anything else, BUT school! I have changed the way I am eating though. My stomach was rebelling due to all the protein and fat that I was consuming to where it was literally tender to the touch. I have started adding beneficial grains. No wheat, but oats. Its amazing that just within a few days the tenderness went away and I feel so much better and the best part....STILL LOSING WEIGHT! I was afraid that I would slowly start to gain weight back, but it has been the opposite for me. I dropped a pant size and lost inches and pounds. I am really enjoying that I have more options, but havent completely abandoned what I have learned over the past few months. Good luck to you guys and me!!! The weightloss journey continues.
