ok, so obviously my last entry got some people riled up and made them think I was an idiot!
My point of my last entry was this.....
I personally don't have good eating habbits. I could go for 2 days and not eat anything. I am a nurse and have worked 16 hours before drinking only soda. I know this is bad for me. I know that if you don't eat enough your body thinks it is starving.
And then, well I store all this weight.
I was saying the reason I should eat something once an hour is so that I can get used to eating during the day.
And I meant like a cheese stick, a little cup of nuts, some pepperoni. And I also need to get those 8 glasses of H2O every day.
I'm not hungry, and nothing is appealing to me, and that is what my frustration was.
So I guess that that is my clarification on my last entry.

I don't think anyone thinks you are an idiot. You made sense to me. I could tell you were frustrated. I try to eat every 2-6 hours. Do what works for you. Good luck! I think you'll be fine once you get it figured out.

I'm just starting Atkins again, after a month off - and what you are doing makes COMPLETE sense to me. It is the only way I make it through the first few days. I eat a little something almost every hour - and it still works for me, too!!!
