Lots of people ask that question: why you want to lose weight? Personally I want it because I want to feel good in my body, be proud of.
I like when people tell me some compliments, like everyone. We need to hear some good words about our look and just the way we are.
There are many benefits of “healthy eating/lifestyle”, our “dream body” is not the only one it counts.

Taking pictures with my husband/family never motivated me, two sons did, 80 lbs down

There’s always a reason. You want to feel beautiful, that’s important! Every women want to look her pictures and say something like “ I look good” pictures are memories so it’s important to like them and the way we look on them.
