Birthday time, so Denise took me to Longhorn Steakhouse where I had a crazy good steak, a few drinks, a loaded baked potato, and even a few bites of a brownie with ice cream. Still didn't top 3000 calories and that leaves me 300 fewer than I burned. Cool. Average calories for the month jumped to 1741, but I'll get that back under control soon. PS - Blood sugar was 123 before the meal.
