I have had a week's break from Atkins, I knew I was going to have to take a day or so off, but it turned into a week! I am now back on and hopefully going to start loosing again. Fingers crossed.

I am currently in that horrid first couple of days when I feel lousy, but I know that it doesn't last long, and soon I will be feeling great again.

Diet Calendar Entries for 29 May 2010:
1848 kcal Fat: 139.47g | Prot: 119.05g | Carb: 36.19g.   Breakfast: whipping cream, edam, ham. Lunch: bacon, white wine vinegar, red onion, red pepper, iceberg lettuce, cucumber. Dinner: butter, red onion, cauliflower, broccoli, Organic Greek Feta, Baby Sweetbite Peppers, Lamb Chop (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other: atkins choc bar. more...

i know what u mean...i did atkins for three months and then with battle with kidney stones and a hysterectomy surgery coming and stress and all that jazz..i went off atkins for a bit...but now back on...and trying to get it back together...been a little over the carbs once or twice but not too bad..drinking plenty of water and other fluids...it will work should we both be tru to ourselves...so good luck and happy holiday dar*

Thank you, I would have given up long before now had I not felt so good! But the key is to lose the weight and I feel that I really need to stick to this: no more babies = no more excuses!! Time to make a big change and feel better in the process! You sound like you have had a really difficult time, keep your chin up and I am sure it will be great for you. Thanks for posting, Dawn
