Tomorrow is a big day, I am going outside my comfort zone in order to compete in an 8K walk/race. Of couse, I am walking and it is a challenging course, so I am anxious about finishing. I have been walking 4.5 or 4.8miles a day in order to train. I just thought I would try something different, why should I limit myself to the track?

Best of luck tomorrow. Good for you going out of your comfort zone. There is no shame in stopping and resting a minute if need be. You will get to that finish line!
