I think my last weigh in was 161.5 and not 160.5 I'm sure I have lost at least a pound or two this week. I'm just under 160 now. I've decided to eat raw in the mornings. I think this is starting to really help me. I have a raw smoothie and fruit until noon. Next week I want to increase my "rawness." Meaning I will also have a raw lunch and move the time from noon to 2pm I've been having sweets everyday. I would like to cut back on my dessert intake and have sweets every other day.
